Road tolls.

Have just spent a couple of days away in a hotel for the residential portion of the PYP facilitators’ training (“Preparing Youth to be Peacemakers”), and I’m glad I’ve got this mobile with all-you-can-eat data. The computer in the corner to provide internet access for guests had a coin slot that accepted, nay expected a whole pound sterling per ten minutes spent online.

Shocking.

Otherwise it was good and enlightening. Thus far (and we are nearing the end of it) I have been very impressed with the programme. As a participant this time round it has certainly taken me on an interesting and useful journey, and I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to explore it with some young people.
